Digital solutions that scale.
Performance Marketing, E-Commerce and custom development — from one experienced team. We help international brands succeed in the German-speaking market.
What we do
Three core competencies — combined or individually, always with measurable outcomes.
Performance Marketing
Google Ads, Meta Ads and conversion-focused campaigns. ROAS-driven, transparently reported.
E-Commerce
Shopify and JTL-Shop setup, migration and growth. Official Shopify Partner & JTL Partner.
Custom Development
Next.js, React, Node.js — websites, web applications and API integrations built to scale.
Why international brands choose us
German market expertise
We understand German consumer behavior, GDPR/DSGVO requirements, and platform specifics like JTL — the leading German E-Commerce ERP.
Full-stack capabilities
From paid traffic to E-Commerce platform to custom development — one accountable team instead of three agencies that blame each other.
Transparent communication in English
All meetings, reports and documentation available in English. No language barrier when working with us.
Real metrics, not vanity metrics
We report on revenue, ROAS and CAC — not impressions and likes. Every campaign tied to actual business outcomes.
What entering the German market actually requires
Beyond translating a website, selling successfully in Germany, Austria and Switzerland means matching a different set of defaults — legal, financial and behavioral.
Legal compliance from day one
An Impressum (legal notice), GDPR-compliant consent management, correct VAT display and a compliant right-of-withdrawal policy are legal requirements, not nice-to-haves. For physical goods, Verpackungsgesetz (packaging act) registration applies too.
Payment methods German shoppers expect
PayPal and Klarna (including Rechnungskauf, buy now pay on invoice) are near-standard in German checkouts, alongside SEPA direct debit and cards. Stores that only offer card payment routinely see lower conversion here.
Trust signals that matter locally
Clear all-in pricing including VAT, visible contact details, German-language support and recognizable trust badges (e.g. Trusted Shops) all measurably affect German buyer confidence.
A platform built for the market
Shopify covers most DTC needs. Once volume, marketplace selling (Amazon, eBay, OTTO, Kaufland) or fulfillment complexity grow, JTL — Germany's leading e-commerce ERP and shop system — is usually the better fit.
Frequently asked questions
Do you work with clients outside Germany?▼
Yes. Many of our clients are international brands that want to enter or grow in the German-speaking market (Germany, Austria, Switzerland). We handle communication in English and produce customer-facing assets in German.
What makes the German market different?▼
Strict GDPR rules for tracking and consent, JTL-Shop as the dominant local commerce ERP, and consumers who expect transparency, clear pricing and data privacy by default. A generalist agency tends to underestimate all three.
Can you handle marketing and the store in one project?▼
Yes — that is the point of having one team. We run the campaigns, build or migrate the store and set up the tracking in between, so nothing breaks at the hand-off between separate vendors.
How do we get started?▼
With a free 30-minute strategy call in English. We discuss your goals, the market context and what is realistic in your industry, then propose a concrete plan with transparent pricing.
What legal requirements should we know about before selling in Germany?▼
At minimum: an Impressum (legal notice), GDPR-compliant cookie consent and privacy policy, correct VAT display, a right-of-withdrawal policy, and — for physical goods — registration under the Verpackungsgesetz (packaging act). We build these into every store and campaign we set up, so it is handled rather than an afterthought.
